#15C Scalpel Set
This set pairs a reusable #3 stainless steel handle with ten #15C carbon steel blades. The #15C has a small curved edge like the #15, on a slimmer profile and is chosen for fine detail work where the #15 feels too broad.
What Is in the Set
- 1 × #3 stainless steel scalpel handle
- 10 × #15C carbon steel blades, each in a sealed foil pouch
Sterile Blades, Reusable Handle
Each blade is sealed in its own foil pouch and sterilized by gamma radiation, as declared by the manufacturer. Sterility holds while the pouch is unbroken. The handle is supplied clean but not sterile.
Refills
When you run out, buy #15C blades in packs of ten. The #3 handle also takes the other blades of the small-fitting family (#10 to #15C). Sold for craft, hobby, laboratory, dissection, taxidermy and educational use. Not sold as a medical device.
