Shipping

Shipping is free on every order we send, to the US and worldwide. There is no minimum spend.

How long it takes

  • Processing: 2 to 4 business days. We confirm your order, prepare it and hand it to the carrier.
  • Delivery to the US: usually 7 to 14 days after dispatch.
  • Delivery to other countries: usually 15 to 30 business days after dispatch.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Customs checks and busy periods, such as the weeks before the holidays, can add a few days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show the first scan, so do not worry if it looks empty at first.

Orders with more than one item

Items in the same order sometimes ship in separate parcels. If that happens, you will get a tracking number for each one.

If your parcel is late

If your order has not arrived 45 days after you placed it, email us at admin@scalpelstore.com with your order number. We will check the tracking with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you.
